1. What are the hours of operation ?

Advanced Automotive, Inc has 2 Locations that operate 6 days a week! Both our Chantilly and Warrenton locations open at 8AM Daily.

2. Are you licensed ?

Yes, all of technicians are ASE and Manufacturer Certified to perform ALL services!

3. How do I know the Mechanics will do a good job ?

Our Mechanics are specifically trained and have faith in their work. We feel that the customer should be treated as we would like to be treated ourselves. Don’t take our word for it, check out our reviews!

4. What type of cars do you repair ?

Advanced Automotive, Inc has both the technical Expertise and Equipment to repair Domestic and Imports. Yes, we even have the tools and certifications to service Hybrid Vehicles.

5. Are your Mechanics on Commission ?

No. We are a family owned and operated company and prefer to keep prices on a regular pricing structure – at a flat hourly rate. That way our mechanics are incentivized to do the best possible job, rather than rush through jobs!

6. Do you guarantee your work ?

Yes, Advanced Automotive, Inc and AAA have a written warranty on the back of every invoice covering parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 Miles.

7. Do you charge for your estimates ?

No. We offer free estimates. There are no hidden fees.

8. What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. And ask that Payment is paid upon job completion.

9. Do I need to Make an appointment ?

No – besides our quality of work and customer service, we strive on the ability for our clients to just drop in and get their vehicle serviced. We even offer Free Towing and Pickup/dropoff services with in 10 miles of each shop!
